Description
Haitian rum from the legendary Barbancourt distillery, aged 15 years and imported by the Italian company D&C (Bologna) in the 1980s.
It should be noted that the distillation was then done in the traditional way (double distillation via Pot Still) and this until the early 1990s.
An emblematic rum from Haiti distributed all over the world for over a century and a half, Barbancourt has been operating since 1862 and has remained faithful to its range: first its 3-star rum (aged 4 years) and its 5-star Special Reserve (8 years), then in the mid-1960s the Domaine Reserve, aged 15 years and traditionally reserved for the family.
