Description
Here is a rare bottle of Jane Barbancourt rum: a "Special White Rum" bottled in the 1980s. Not to be confused with Barbancourt rum from the eponymous distillery.
The history of this bottle dates back to the 1950s when a family dispute reigned over the use of the Barbancourt brand. The Jane Barbancourt company will later become Berling S.A. (Labbé rum house), but will have had the opportunity to release several rums under the name of Jane Barbancourt, in particular liqueurs.
