Description

Caroni Employees 2000 "DICKY" RAMSARRAN 4th release was bottled in 2019. The "Caroni Employees" series is a tribute to the employees of the distillery.

Founded in 1918 in Trinidad and Tobago, Caroni is a state distillery which was running at full capacity until 1993 before closing definitively in 2002. Two years later, Luca Gargano discovered a dormant stock of a few thousand barrels, creating in no time an unprecedented craze.

Its bottlings are offered mostly cask strength and rums aged entirely in the tropics.
