"Heart Collection" is a range of rums resulting from the collaboration between Joy Spence, Cellar Master of the Appleton distillery, and Luca Gargano, maestro of the Velier company. On the program, 100% Pot Still vintage rums distilled in their Forsyths still, and aged entirely in Jamaica.
