Description
Renegade Pre Cask Pearls is one of the first white rums bottled by the Renegade distillery. Distilled in Pot Still from the juice of a single variety of sugar cane (Yellow Lady), from the same field (the Grapefruit field) of a single farm (Flats terroir).
The terroir in question is located very close to the distillery, between the marshes and the mangrove on a soil that is both rich in iron and clay.
Founded in 2020 in Grenada by Mark Reynier (founder of Waterford whisky), the Renegade distillery emphasizes the notion of terroir and wishes to offer amateurs rums as complex and deep as the best whiskeys.
