Description
Renegade Pre-Cask Old Bacolet is a white rum made from pure cane juice (here the Cain B77.602 variety) from the Old Bacolet terroir, located on the south coast of the island of Grenada. Sheltered from the winds and straddling two rivers, this particularly humid terroir offers clayey soil.
Founded in 2020 in Grenada by Mark Reynier (founder of Waterford whisky), the Renegade distillery emphasizes the notion of terroir and wishes to offer amateurs rums as complex and profound as the best whisky.
