Description

Aged in only 25% new wood, the Cognac Napoléon from Paul Giraud, which contains spirits aged up to 15 years, is very elegant. It will reveal very delicate notes of vine flower and we like to think back to the fleeting moment when we smell this flower at the end of May, beginning of June, announcing beautiful bunches for the next harvest. An exceptional quality-price ratio...

Established in Bouteville since the 17th century, the Giraud family has perpetuated heritage and tradition from father to son. Maison Paul Giraud is even among the last to maintain the tradition of manual harvests, bringing almost unhealthy care to the vinification and distillation. Everything is done in Bouteville, on their estate, and their particularly humid cellars give a rather remarkable softness to their spirits.
