Description
Here is a blend of eaux-de-vie from 10 to 25 years old, first aged in new Limousin oak barrels for 3 years, then in older barrels. A reference that we owe to the mastery of Pierre Vaudon.
Limited edition
The Cognacs of the Voyer house are distilled on lees and aged in new Limousin oak barrels with medium toast for 3 years, before being transferred to old barrels in a humid cellar. The reduction with distilled water is done very gradually (reducing the degree by natural evaporation) in order to bring the maximum finesse and complexity.
