Description
This Terres de Grande Champagne from François Voyer is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between four and six years, with a soft and delicate bouquet of floral notes of lime blossom and violet. A high-quality entry-level product that we owe to the mastery of Pierre Vaudon.
The Cognacs from Maison Voyer are distilled on lees and aged in new Limousin oak barrels with medium toast for 3 years, before being transferred to old barrels in a humid cellar. The reduction with distilled water is done very gradually (reducing the degree by natural evaporation) in order to provide maximum finesse and complexity.
