Description
This rum from El Dorado's "Rare Collection" highlights the old Enmore distillery. Distilled in 1993 at the Diamond distillery in the famous Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, an entirely wooden distillation apparatus, the rum will have aged 21 years before being bottled in 2015 at its natural strength (cask strength).
It bears the EHP mark ("mark") which directly refers to the style of distillation as it was then practiced within the Enmore distillery.
