Description
With its roots in Barbados, this Saint Nicholas Abbey rum has aged 5 years at the distillery and comes from sugar cane grown on their own plantations. The aging, entirely tropical, took place in red American white oak barrels (former Foursquare barrels).
This is the "overproof" version at 60%. There is indeed another version of this 5 year old, but this time at 40%.
