Description
This 3-year-old bottling is the second old rum (after the 2019) from the very young Port-au-Prince distillery.
Distilled in 2020 in a Müller still heated in a bain-marie from pure crystalline sugar cane juice, which comes from Michel Sajous, a clairin producer in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye located 150 km to the north.
The rum has aged entirely in oak barrels that previously contained Providence rum. As with the first opus, everything is done by hand, from the fields to bottling.
