Description
This 3-year-old bottling is the very first old rum from the young Port-au-Prince distillery. The Cristalline cane comes from Michel Sajous, producer of clairin in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye located 150 km to the north.
The rum has aged entirely in old barrels (from #3 to #27) from Caroni.
