Description

Cuvée Papao de Depaz is a single-plot rum released in 2020, the fruit of pure sugar cane juice from the Papao plot, composed solely of Canne Bleue (B69 variety). It is therefore, in addition to a single-plot rum, a single-varietal rum.

Distilled in a Creole column, the rum was then reduced very slowly and fractionally.
