Description

White rum produced by Depaz from several varieties of sugar cane, harvested in the middle of the trade wind season. According to the distillery, the canes would be, at this particular time, of exceptional aromatic richness.

Distilled in 2020 in a Creole column, the rum was then reduced very slowly and fractionally, for 4 months.
