Rum Chauvet from the 1950/60s. Another mastodon from a bygone era, Chauvet is a brand created in 1880. It is a blend of rum from various sweets from the West Indies (just like Négrita). Bardinet will later buy Chauvet as well as many other brands in their ascent.
