Another mastodon from a bygone era, Chauvet is a brand created in 1880. It is a blend of rum from various sweets from the West Indies (just like Négrita). Bardinet will later buy Chauvet as well as many other brands in their ascent. the bottle presented here dates from the 1930s/40s
