Description
“Raconteur” is the name chosen for this new Single Blended Rum signed Richard Seale and his Foursquare distillery. A name that pays tribute to two great "storytellers" (Raconteur) in the world of rum: Luca himself and the late Stephen Remsberg, a great collector who died last December. It is also the eighth collaboration he has done with Luca Gargano and Velier, the oldest ever proposed in the series.
On the program, 17-year-old rums (2006 vintage) distilled in a Coffey column and in a Pot still. And while some were aged in ex-bourbon casks, others benefited from a double maturation in ex-bourbon casks (5 years) and Oloroso sherry casks (12 years).
