Description
On June 20, 2017, Luca Gargano discovered a rum with a particular profile in the cellars of Antigua Distillery, the stronghold of English Harbour rum. The 2012 vintage has the particularity of being particularly rich aromatically following a much longer fermentation than usual.
The batch, composed of 27 barrels, thus has a high level of non-alcoholic elements (218 g./hectoliter of pure alcohol). Purchased by Velier, the rum was released without additions in order to keep (and share) this very atypical profile.
