Coming from the Australian Beenleigh distillery, located in Queensland, this 10-year-old 2013 vintage has been aged in ex-Bourbon barrels.
Distilled a first time in a column then a second time in a pot still, the rum will have lost 25% of its initial volume at the end of aging, satiating the Australian angels in the process.
