Description
From the Australian Beenleigh distillery, located in Queensland, this 2006 vintage aged 15 years has aged in ex-casks of different origins ("triple wood maturation").
Distilled a first time in a column then a second time in a pot still, the rum will have lost more than 43% of its initial volume at the end of the aging, satiating the Australian angels in the process.
