Description

Sanblaj, whose name means "blend" in Creole, is an ESB (aged under wood) offered by the Papa Rouyo distillery. Distilled on pot stills, the rum was aged for 1 year and 11 days in several types of barrels: new French barrels with intense heating, new American barrels (with intermediate heating) and ex-Cognac red barrels.

This 2022 edition is composed of rums distilled in April 2021.
