Description
Le Rejeton is an artisanal agricultural rum made from a blend of white rums obtained during different distillations (double distillation in a pot still), then slowly reduced with spring water from Saint-Claude. It is produced by the Papa Rouyo distillery located in Goyave in Guadeloupe.
Several varieties of cane were used for this white: red cane (R579), blue cane (B69.566) and the caïmite variety (B80.689).
