Description

MG (for Marie-Galante) is a 9-year-old agricultural rum distilled in 2003 from the Bielle distillery.

The history of this bottling dates back to June 2006, when Luca and his brother Paolo Gargano were at Marie Galante to begin the Rhum Rhum adventure. Given the need to deepen their knowledge of rum aging in the tropics, they decided to buy 6,000 liters of Rhum Agricole Bielle 2003 which was aging in ex-Bourbon casks.

Evolution, loss of angels and esterification process followed, until 2012 when they bottled the last 20 remaining casks.
