Description

White rum from the Bielle distillery bottled by Old Brothers in collaboration with the Facebook group Rhum Blanc Passion.

Produced by the double distillation (in a column and on a Muller still) of the March 2019 harvest (from several varieties of sugar cane, natural fermentation of 3 days), the 86.3% distillate was slowly reduced (for 2 years) with rainwater from Marie-Galante before being bottled in June 2022.
