Description
Equiano rum is a blend of rums from Africa and the Caribbean (a first). In this batch 1, we find rum from the Gray's distillery (Mauritius), aged 10 years in ex-Cognac casks, as well as Foursquare rum (Barbados), aged 8 years. The blend was made by Richard Seale, based on an original idea by Ian Burrell.
Note that 5% of the brand's annual profit ($2 per bottle) is donated to associations working for equality and against modern slavery.
