Description

Rum Paille Tartane from the G. Hardy distillery distilled and bottled (1 liter) on the Caravelle peninsula in the 1970/80s.

We owe this rum to Gaston Hardy, owner of the distillery since 1955, who created Paille Tartane rum shortly after his arrival to strengthen the notoriety of Hardy rums.

The distillery ceased to operate in 1994 but the Hardy brand is still present today and produced by the Saint-James distillery in Sainte-Marie.
